No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

The “Brighten Your Board” Contest is sponsored by Smart-Fab. This contest is governed by the following Official Rules (see “Official Rules” below). By participating in this contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Smart-Fab and its representatives, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to Smart-Fab, not Facebook.

OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY
The “Brighten Your Board” Contest is open to U.S. residents within the continental United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid Facebook account prior to the beginning of the contest period. Smart-Fab has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The “Brighten Your Board” Contest begins at 12:00 PM CST on August 1, 2014 and ends at 6:00 PM CST on November 14, 2014. All submissions must be received within this time frame to be considered for entry into the contest. Any submissions before 12:00 PM CST on August 1, 2014 or after 6:00 PM on November 14, 2014 will not be considered for this contest. Smart-Fab reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the “Brighten Your Board” Contest through the Smart-Fab Facebook Page. To enter, please “like” the Smart-Fab Facebook page and post a photograph of your decorated bulletin board to the Smart-Fab Facebook page. Private messages will not be considered.
You may submit multiple bulletin board designs; however, please do not submit more than three photos per design.

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the submission period will be evaluated at the end of the submission period. To be eligible, at least 50% of the materials used to decorate your bulletin board must be Smart-Fab.

The winners will be announced on or about November 21, 2014 at or about noon CST. Announcement and instructions to claim your prize will be sent via your Facebook post submission. Smart-Fab will directly notify each winner by commenting on his/her submitted photo. Smart-Fab will also make a public announcement on or about November 21, 2014 at or about noon CST. It is the responsibility of the contestants to monitor the Smart-Fab Facebook page.

Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her photo submission(s) and the Smart-Fab Facebook page for prize notifications and/or other announcements related to this contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Smart-Fab within fifteen (15) days or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

PRIZES
Grand Prize: Winners will receive one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) gift card which can be used to purchase school supplies for their classroom. Three winners will be selected.
ALL LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES RELATED TO THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZED DESCRIBED HERE WITHIN ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Terms and conditions may apply. All additional or incremental expenses and costs not specifically listed as part of the prize or in association with prize being awarded in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
One prize per person. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted. Smart-Fab, as the sponsor of this contest, and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the contest including but not limited to lost or delayed data transmission; errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the prize distribution. Smart-Fab reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the contest, without notice for any reason. This includes, without limitation, if Smart-Fab determines that the contest cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Smart-Fab’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest. If tampering or unauthorized intervention occurs, Smart-Fab reserves the right to void suspicious entries. Such activity is unlawful and subject to legal action(s).

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SMART-FAB AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON.

PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants Smart-Fab permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
